Community Relations Specialist/Field Marketing Specialist - Kids Dental Brands (Ohio)

KIDS DENTAL BRANDS (OHIO) is seeking a full-time Community Relations Specialist who is passionate about helping others and making a positive community impact.

The primary responsibility of the Community Relations Specialist is to increase awareness of our local dental practices and attract new patients. The role involves building relationships with community partners, local schools, Head Start programs, and family support organizations within OHIO.

Job Details

• Type: Full-time, remote position. Must be based in Ohio.
• Travel: In-region travel required between Toledo, Akron, Cincinnati, and Columbus areas. Home proximity to one office is preferred. Estimated travel is 50%+.
• Pay: $57,000 annually plus quarterly bonus potential of up to $2,500 based on performance and new patient goals. Includes a car allowance of $500/month for work-related travel.
• Experience: 1+ years in community relations, outreach, dental administration, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Increase new patient numbers in local orthodontic dental offices.
2. Conduct research to support PR planning.
3. Organize and execute events and campaigns.
4. Represent the organization at public-facing events.
5. Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions.
6. Report and collaborate with the remote management team daily.
7. Track media coverage and PR metrics, including web analytics.
8. Assist with social media efforts.
9. Support long-term relationships with local businesses.
10. Maintain call schedules with referral partners and community stakeholders to distribute promotional materials.
11. Be comfortable with travel, approximately 50% between Toledo, Akron, Cincinnati, and Columbus areas. Proximity to an office is ideal.
