Community Relations Specialist/Field Marketing Specialist - Kids Dental Brands (Ohio)

**Competitive Salary Plus Quarterly Bonus Potential of up to $2,500**

KIDS DENTAL BRANDS (OHIO) is seeking a full-time Community Relations Specialist who is passionate about helping others and making a positive community impact. The core function of this role is to increase awareness of our local dental practices and attract new patients. The specialist will develop relationships with community partners, local schools, Head Start programs, and family support organizations in OHIO.

Job Type: Full-time, remote position. Must be based in Ohio

Travel: Travel required within Toledo, Akron, Cincinnati, or Columbus areas. Home proximity to one office is preferred. In-region travel is approximately 50%+.

Pay: $57,000 annually plus quarterly bonus potential of up to $2,500 based on performance and new patient goals. A car allowance of $500/month is included for work-related travel.

Bonus Pay: Up to $2,500 per quarter in bonuses.

Experience: 1+ years in community relations/outreach, dental administrative work, or marketing.

Essential Job Functions:

• Increase new patient numbers in local orthodontic dental offices
• Conduct research to support PR planning
• Organize and execute events and campaigns
• Represent the organization at public events
• Participate in planning sessions
• Report and collaborate with remote management
• Track media coverage and PR metrics (e.g., web analytics)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel) is a plus
• Assist with social media efforts
• Maintain relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders
• Manage call schedules with referral partners and deliver promotional materials
• Some travel required, approximately 50%+ between Toledo, Akron, Cincinnati, and Columbus areas. Proximity to one office is ideal.
