The Move-In Coordinator duties involve working closely with prospective residents and their families to ensure a smooth transition to Belmont Village, while maintaining strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Clear verbal and written communication in English
• Team-oriented attitude and reliable attendance
• Proficiency with workplace technology and MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Manage resident files and apartment inventory; provide data entry and organizational support
• Coordinate move-in logistics with future residents and families; ensure room readiness
• Welcome and orient new residents and families; follow up for smooth move-in
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate pre- and post-move-in needs
• Conduct prospect follow-up calls; support events and tours for the Community Relations team
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction
