Job summary

Roxborough Memorial Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a community liaison to expand relationships with referring physicians and community partners. You will support education, intervention, and continuity of care within the Senior Behavioral Health Unit.

The role emphasizes relationship development, marketing insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance patient referrals and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in communications, social work, nursing or related field.
• RN license in practicing state preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least three years in referral & network development, sales, or physician relations.
• Experience in a mental health setting is highly preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand provider and physician relationships with referring physicians and community partners.
• Provide updates on organizational initiatives, quality scores, and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate education, intervention, and continuity of care with families, caretakers, and providers.
• Support growth of the Senior Behavioral Health Unit through outreach and relationship building.
