Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, business development, hospitality, recruiting, account management, community outreach, partnerships, or another relationship-driven field is valuable.
• You should listen closely, understand client needs, and build trust to drive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Talk with prospective clients and families, uncover needs, and guide them toward the right next step.
• Build meaningful referral relationships with healthcare professionals, senior communities, and partners on Oʻahu.
• Ask for referrals, introductions, meetings, and opportunities in a non-pushy manner.
• Help caregivers discover BrightStar through schools, events, and community partnerships.
• Educate families and partners about Sensi AI and identify value opportunities.
• Track conversations, document next steps, and follow through on promising opportunities.
