Job summary

BrightStar Care of Acton / Andover and Lowell is seeking a relationship-driven Community Liaison to grow our agency’s presence and drive new admissions. This part-time role (~20–25 hours/week) focuses on developing referrals, executing outreach, converting inquiries, and representing our brand with professionalism.

Ideal candidates are energized by meeting people, work well with little supervision, and can see a direct link between effort and results as the territory expands toward full-time

Qualifications

• Knowledge of referral sources such as SNFs, hospitals, or physician offices.
• Understanding of consultative or relationship-based selling approaches.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage route, stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. HUBSPOT
• Familiarity with community networking, chamber events, and partnership-building.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, hospice and physicians.
• Conduct 10–20 quality visits per week and share updates on availability and care offerings.
• Represent BrightStar Care at chamber meetings, health fairs, CEU events, and community functions.
• Host or coordinate in-services, lunch-and-learns, and community events.
• Generate new business through regular visits, calls, and networking events.
• Maintain CRM records of visits, outcomes, follow-ups, and referral trends.
• Work with scheduling, nursing, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
