PNC seeks a Client & Community Relations Specialist within its Regional President organization to lead client and community relations activities in Naples, FL or surrounding markets. The role focuses on events, sponsorships, grants, and employee engagement to strengthen the PNC brand across the market.

The ideal candidate has a university degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to coordinate programs that drive revenue and community impact.

Qualifications

• University degree; typically 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; experience in community relations or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to coordinate events, sponsorships, grants, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute client and community relations activities, including events and sponsorships.
• Coordinate grant-making processes and employee volunteerism with local partners.
• Prepare internal/external communications supporting the Regional President office and market.
• Track campaign results, budgets, and ROI; report on key initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations in collaboration with Corporate Ethics.
