Job summary

Cyprus Credit Union seeks a collaborative, motivated coordinator to expand its community presence and connect with local businesses. You will represent Cyprus at events, coordinate schedules and logistics, and help transform conversations into opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with members and partners.

This role requires proactive, results-oriented behavior, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, relationship building, and event coordination preferred.
• Credit union, banking, or financial services background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with businesses, community organizations, and members.
• Represent Cyprus at community events and outreach programs with confidence.
• Create opportunities by initiating conversations and following up on leads.
• Coordinate events end-to-end including logistics, contacts, and follow-up.
• Keep projects on track by collaborating with branches and partners; communicate clearly when challenges arise.
• Travel regularly between Cyprus locations, businesses, and events.
