ICCU is seeking a Community Development Officer to lead the planning and execution of community events and initiatives. You will be the public face, directing the Community Development team and collaborating with various departments to promote ICCU's products and services.

The role emphasizes building strong community relationships, achieving monthly new member and referral goals, and maintaining confidentiality of member records while driving a positive sales culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required; driving position with company vehicle provided.
• Knowledge and experience in business and economic development.
• Independent and organized work style; confidentiality of records.
• Eligibility for membership at ICCU to obtain employment.

Responsibilities

• Organize promotional and community events and attend them to ensure success.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders to boost ICCU's community presence.
• Meet monthly new member and referral goals.
• Manage multiple projects under pressure in a self-paced environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver ICCU's products and services.
• Foster a positive sales culture with a flexible, adaptive vision for future changes.
