Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living in Memphis seeks an experienced sales/marketing professional to drive occupancy growth and lead community outreach. You will develop strategies, conduct tours, and nurture relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and referral partners.

The role emphasizes analytics, CRM discipline, and meeting or exceeding occupancy goals. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3+ years in related fields; strong communication, networking, and consultative sales skills

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (senior living or healthcare preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Telephone and consultative sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities
