Job summary

The Claiborne at West Cobb is seeking a seasoned sales/marketing professional to drive occupancy and build referral networks in the Marietta area. You will lead strategic plans, guide prospects through the sales funnel, and conduct compelling community tours to showcase our senior living options.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in sales/marketing, strong communication and networking skills, and comfort analyzing performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (senior living or healthcare preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Telephone and consultative sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing and sales plan to achieve occupancy goals.
• Manage and move prospects effectively through the sales funnel.
