You will lead seasonal staff, analyze program data, and support marketing efforts to increase participation while ensuring safety and compliance with city policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field with three years of recreation program experience or equivalent.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and implement diverse recreation programs and events.
• Strong customer service, budgeting, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing recreation programs, events, and activities.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate seasonal staff and volunteers.
• Prepare program records, reports, and schedules; support marketing to boost participation.
• Conduct community outreach and build partnerships with participants and stakeholders.
• Monitor program budgets and expenditures; support cost recovery and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide transportation for programs using City vehicles and maintain reliable attendance.
