Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in recreation or related field with payed experience in recreation programming.
• Experience supervising staff and volunteers in program settings.
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates recreation programs, camps, and activities.
• Staffs, trains, and evaluates seasonal employees and volunteers.
• Assists with marketing and community outreach for programs.
• Answers phones, registers participants, and handles facility operations.
