Lindentx in Greenville, TX is seeking a Recreation Coordinator to plan, organize, and support diverse programs and events. Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Recreation or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 year experience in recreation programming, youth programs, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required; CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Set Schedule: Sat 7:30AM-6:30PM; Mon-Fri 4:30AM-1PM.

Aufgaben

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates recreation classes, programs, and activities.
• Develops class schedules and fees; registers participants; communicates changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Recruits, hires, evaluates, and coordinates class instructors.
• Provides excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and promoting amenities.
• Oversight and operational support in the absence of the Recreation Supervisor.
• Handles cash transactions, collects fees, and processes registrations.
• Supports development of annual program goals and evaluates effectiveness via feedback.
• Monitors facility use and enforces safety and policy compliance.
