Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with one to two years' experience in a customer service role with direct interaction with adults and children.
• Must possess and maintain CPR & First Aid Certifications within six months of employment.
• Requires a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with the general public in person and by phone; registers participants; issues membership cards; receives fees; enforces facility rules.
• Sets up and takes down equipment; maintains inventory of equipment; issues athletic equipment to participants.
• Leads crafts, games and other activities for children; assists in cleaning and maintaining the facility.
• Performs routine administrative tasks; collects funds; prepares deposits; data entry and record keeping.
• Assists in planning special events and coordinating with volunteers and departments.
