Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct daily program and staff activities.
• Provide outstanding customer service to the public.
• Be familiar with the facility and city programs; assist with registrations and rentals.
• Maintain records using Excel, Word, Publisher, and Class Software.
• Prepare attendance reports and distribute evaluations to patrons.
• Supervise check-in/check-out procedures; create activity schedules and distribute promotional information.
