Kulanu Academy seeks a dedicated Recreation Assistant to support individuals in community and recreational settings, helping lead activities that build life skills, social skills, and independence in a fun and engaging environment.

You will assist with activities, outings, and events, ensure participant engagement and safety, set up spaces, complete basic reports, and help with outreach while maintaining confidentiality and following agency policies.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative, energetic, and dependable.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
