Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative, energetic and dependable.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recreational activities, outings, and events.
• Support participant engagement and safety.
• Set up and clean activity spaces and equipment.
• Complete basic documentation and reports.
• Help with outreach and community events.
• Follow agency policies and maintain confidentiality.
