Job summary

MWR, Great Lakes, IL is seeking staff to support the Recreation Program, including information services, event support, and facility operations. You will help with registrations, rentals, ticket sales, and program setup for a variety of MWR activities.

Successful candidates will handle transactions, greet patrons, and ensure safety and cleanliness per NAVMED guidelines. Flexible shifts, weekends, and on-base access are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic information and support of recreation/fitness programs.
• Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with information and services.
• Provide facility information and operation queries.
• Maintain reports and perform clerical/maintenance tasks.
