Pivotal Housing Partners LLC is seeking a Part-time Property Manager to support the Central Park Place community (63 units in Columbus, OH). You will handle day-to-day operations, including compliance, concierge resident services, financial performance, and coordination with maintenance across the property.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of property management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and familiarity with YARDI.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Prior experience with YARDI preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, including compliance and operations
• Manage concierge resident services and financial performance
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure the property remains well-presented and compliant
• Support team development and on-call coverage for resident emergencies
