Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong leadership track record.
• Impeccable client and customer relationships.
• Revenue, budget, and P&L management experience.
• Proficiency with industry software.
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Set an example and model KCM values and culture.
• Implement sales, marketing, and ops strategies to hit occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage property's financial performance.
• Generate timely financial and operational reports.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
