Qualifications

• 5 years of property management experience desired.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• South Carolina Property Management license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating property staff.
• Manage community’s revenue and expenses to meet budget and financial guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and handle all A/P functions.

Skills

Verbal and written communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Industry software experience (YARDI, OnSite)

Ability to multitask

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

College degree (preferred)
