Job summary

Project Access is seeking a Community Program Coordinator to design and implement resident services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building. You will engage residents, develop partnerships, and lead workshops while coordinating with property management at Pointe at Fair Oaks in Euless, TX.

You will manage volunteers, track outcomes data, assist with budgeting, and ensure delivery of core services to diverse communities

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing, social services, or related fields, or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• At least one year experience in adult-centric community programs and serving diverse populations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook); basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
• Strong time management, administrative and organizational skills; self-starter and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach, survey resident needs, and plan resident-facing workshops and events.
• Develop partnerships with local providers and maintain relationships with property management.
• Organize monthly outreach, recruit/train volunteers, and manage program supplies and donations.
• Publish newsletters, track outcomes data, and manage budgets for resident services.
