Job summary

Coastal Villages seeks a CSR I to support CVRF's economic development programs in our communities. The role includes outreach, customer service, and back-office tasks in Anchorage, with travel to in-region sites.

Responsibilities include implementing programs on schedule and within budget, supervising up to 120 seasonal staff, generating community awareness, and maintaining data, reports, and inventory. Full-time and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Ability to implement CVRF's strategy for economic development, including setting performance targets
• Ability to become a Notary Public within 6 months of hire
• Strong understanding of cultural and social dynamics in the CVRF region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CVRF's Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Smartsheet, and SmartVAN
• Committed to achieving program goals in a timely manner
• Ability to stay calm and respectful under pressure
• Willingness to travel and attend trainings or meetings
• Self-motivated, diligent, and able to multi-task
• Ability to plan and produce local events
• Ability to conduct grassroots organization and Get Out the Vote efforts
• Ability to gather community feedback through formal survey administration
• Strong listening and explanation skills with nuanced responses
• Ability to work in isolated environments with infrastructure challenges

Responsibilities

• Implement local programs on time and within budget
• Hire onboard train supervise up to 120 seasonal staff
• Generate community awareness and distribute outreach materials
• Liaise with local governments and monitor trends
• Provide customer service to community members
• Develop and maintain community data and insights
• Produce accurate program reports
• Maintain facilities and inventory
• Collaborate with regional and Anchorage staff via multiple channels
• Set an example for others
• Ensure paperwork for quotes, receiving, billing, and collections
• Provide CSC coverage during normal hours as needed
