Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in fitness or youth programs.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective members about programs.
• Manage membership inquiries and paperwork.
• Assist with class schedules and program details.
• Promote and conduct special events and workshops.
• Support member retention and student progress.
• Maintain records in member management system.
