Job summary

The San Francisco 49ers Foundation is seeking a Community Programs Coordinator to support direct service programs and community giving initiatives. You will monitor budgets, organize data, and coordinate beneficiary engagement across multiple programs and partners.

You will compile surveys, track program outcomes, and prepare materials for leadership and funders while coordinating special events such as the beneficiary summit.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
• Experience with Office productivity tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials, reports, and presentations to show program impact to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with beneficiaries and organize the annual beneficiary summit.
• Collect, organize, and analyze participant survey data for program improvements.
• Monitor program budgets, grant disbursements, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate data for variance analysis and quarterly reporting.
• Support coordination of education or youth empowerment curricula and evaluation of program effectiveness.
