Covenant Health System is seeking an RN Wellness Coordinator to design and implement programs that promote healthy behaviors and outcomes for employees. You will assess needs, educate staff, and evaluate program impact while coordinating events to promote community health.
The role is onsite in Texas with standard day shifts, requiring potential weekend/holiday coverage as needed and a Texas RN license and BLS certification at hire.
RN Wellness Coordinator will design and implement programs that promote healthy behaviors and outcomes for employees. They are responsible for assessing the needs and interest of a population, educating and counseling employees on health topics, and evaluating the impact of wellness programs on a company's performance. In addition, they may help coordinate special events and programs to promote better health in the community. The RN Wellness Coordinator will need to have skills and knowledge in public health, organizational behavior, marketing and managing a population.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
