Ideal candidates will bring a public health or education background, 2+ years with youth, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. The position supports Passamaquoddy community programming across Maine.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Social/Emotional Development and trauma-informed approaches.
• Willingness to create inclusive programming and adapt to community needs.
• Experience collaborating with Tribal communities and school settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement youth engagement, prevention and leadership activities.
• Develop inclusive programming with stakeholders from Tribal Departments and schools.
• Coordinate youth councils, trainings, and outreach in partnership with the Passamaquoddy community.
