Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial duties in common areas such as lobbies, restrooms, and amenity spaces.
• Maintain exterior areas by collecting trash, sweeping walkways, and cleaning parking areas.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of community events or meetings.
• Monitor safety hazards and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Support post-event cleanup and weather-related property upkeep.
• Follow safety procedures, cleaning standards, and HOA policies.
