Job summary

Forestplace Apartment Homes in Forest Grove, OR, part of Stratum LLC, is seeking a dependable Porter to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal for residents and guests. Pay is $20.00-$22.00 per hour with full-time schedules Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus bonus opportunities and a $50 monthly cell phone stipend.

No experience required; paid training provided. The role supports maintenance tasks, trash removal, and general cleaning to keep the property welcoming.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• janitorial, groundskeeping, maintenance, landscaping, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Remove litter and debris from grounds and parking areas.
• Clean common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, clubhouse, fitness center, and leasing office.
• Assist with trash removal and curb appeal.
• Support apartment turns and light maintenance projects.
• May receive stretch assignments on occasion.
• Pressure wash, sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Document completed work using company software (training provided).
