Forestplace Apartment Homes in Forest Grove, OR is seeking an Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter to keep the community clean, attractive, and welcoming. This full-time role offers a Sunday-Thursday schedule, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with paid training and no experience required.

compensation ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities and a $50 monthly cell phone stipend. Eligible for benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Experience in janitorial/groundskeeping is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Remove litter and debris from grounds and parking areas.
• Clean common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, clubhouse, fitness center, and leasing office.
• Assist with trash removal and curb appeal.
• Support apartment turns and light maintenance projects.
• Pressure wash, sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Document completed work using company software (training provided).
