Baltimore Police Department is hiring a Community Policing Data Evaluation Coordinator, Operations Specialist II to manage the Neighborhood Public Safety Plan and CAL programs. The role focuses on curriculum development, participant support, and data interpretation to improve community outcomes.

The position requires collaboration with city agencies, residents, universities, and stakeholders; strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with some evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, criminology/sociology, education, public policy, or related field.
• Experience with adult education and program development preferred.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS, R, Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update course curriculum in collaboration with partners and subject matter experts.
• Facilitate the community development course and support learners and projects.
• Conduct data analysis support for residents and course outcomes.
• Design and administer assessments to measure learning outcomes.
• Maintain databases tracking participant information and progress.
• Coordinate with city agencies and partners to support course objectives.
• Identify funding opportunities and contribute to grant proposals.
