Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the strategic plan for the Community Pharmacy enterprise.
• Manages and supports Pharmacists-in-Charge at Community Pharmacy locations.
• Ensures regulatory compliance for Medication Management and drug handling.
• Budgets, revenue optimization, and tracking operational targets.
• Builds system workflows and KPIs; mentors caregivers and leads teams.
