This position directly manages assigned caregivers.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:**Develops and executes the strategic plan for the Community Pharmacy enterprise.Develops business growth through physician outreach, referrals, new pharmacy services, payor opportunities, clinic partnerships, and central fill utilization.Manages and supports the Pharmacists-in-Charge at Community Pharmacy locations.Ensures compliance with regulatory agency standards for Medication Management as it pertains to drug procurement, storage, preparation, and distribution.Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care, maintaining compliance with pertinent laws and regulations.
