Horizon Pharmacy in Wapato, WA, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our close-knit team and shape the patient experience with kindness and integrity.

You will oversee daily operations, supervise technicians, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering personalized care to our neighbors in the Yakima Valley. A Spanish-speaking candidate is highly encouraged to apply, though not required.

Qualifications

• Requires Pharmacy degree (PharmD or B.Pharm) and active Washington Pharmacist license.
• Retail or independent pharmacy experience with supervisory/leadership is preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at the Wapato location and manage a small technician team.
• Provide personalized medication counseling and answer clinical questions with care.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Washington State Board of Pharmacy and federal laws.
• Engage with the Yakima Valley community to support health initiatives and partnerships.
