Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for the Cuba Health Center in Cuba, NM. The role partners with providers and clinic staff to deliver team-based pharmacy services and oversee daily operations with pharmacists and technicians. A strong leader with retail/clinic management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current/NM Pharmacist license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail and/or clinic-based pharmacy management experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Director of Pharmacy and/or Executive VP of Operations to ensure optimal service, compliance with policies and standards.
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to maintain daily pharmacy operations.
• Provide appropriate technical and customer service training for staff.
• Review and update drug-therapy guidelines and policies in collaboration with leadership.
• Provide drug information to physicians and nurses as needed.
• Prepare reports and maintain required records.
• Maintain current knowledge of drug therapies and interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
