Job summary

Mosaic Community Health in Madras, Oregon, is seeking a Pharmacist, Retail to oversee prescription records, patient charges and inventory while educating patients and staff.

In this role you will serve as pharmacist-in-charge, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise pharmacy staff, and work with prescribers to optimize medication safety and access. The position offers a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and able to interact with diverse patient population.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Experience with electronic medical records and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense medications to patients according to prescriptions issued by the medical and dental providers (prescribers).
• Ensure safe and efficient delivery of medications to all patients, do not allow misbranded, deteriorated, adulterated, improperly stored or outdated drugs or any drugs marked “sample” or with any like designation or meaning to be dispensed or present in the active stock in the pharmacy.
• Maintains accurate electronic health records of patients and completes documentation in timely manner.
