The Pharmacist will mentor pharmacy technicians, interns, front-end staff, and drivers, fostering a trusted healthcare team.

Key responsibilities include dispensing medications, overseeing ordering and inventory, verifying prescriptions, and providing patient counseling on adherence.

Qualifications

• Requires active license to practice pharmacy in North Carolina.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Dispenses prescribed medications and advises on OTC therapies.
• Directs staff in counting, filling, packaging, labeling, and delivery.
• Oversees daily ordering and inventory management.
• Reviews prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness of therapy.
• Immunization services with CPR certification.
• Counsels patients on medication adherence and management.
