Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required and IL registration.
• Proven ability to mentor and train pharmacy technicians.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.
• Educate and mentor technicians to be effective team members.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer policies and state/federal laws.
• Communicate effectively as an agent of change.
• Oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the PIC.
• Provide immunizations where allowed.
