STAR Financial Bank in Indiana is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service while handling routine banking transactions and opening new accounts.

You will balance cash, assist customers with products, process payments, and uphold compliance. The role is on-site with a schedule around 38.5 hours weekly and rotating Saturday shifts; career growth to Personal Banker II after 90 days is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year Teller and/or Personal Banking experience.
• Ability to identify and recommend customer solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Process and validate a variety of financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with customers to evaluate needs and recommend STAR products/services.
• Accept loan, credit card, and other payments.
• Accurately balance and maintain cash drawer.
• Initiate new accounts.
• Address customer issues timely or via referral to proper source.
