Job summary

ICAN is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to strengthen its presence across the East Valley. You will cultivate meaningful relationships with corporations, civic groups, and community partners, creating volunteer experiences that advance ICAN's mission and youth outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Community Partnerships, you will coordinate volunteer programs, track engagement metrics, and ensure high-quality experiences for youth, families, and volunteers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in community engagement or nonprofit development.
• Experience building relationships with organizations, businesses, or volunteers.
• Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward corporate and community partnerships.
• Lead planning of engagement experiences and volunteer preparation.
• Evaluate volunteer engagement and maintain records.
