Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in community engagement, corporate relations, or nonprofit sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Must possess a current driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with volunteers and community organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance corporate and community engagement.
  • Coordinate and represent the organization at events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Plan, advertise, and host virtual and in-person events for volunteers and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align engagement efforts with program objectives and operational priorities.
  • Oversee and manage internship program.
  • Track and report engagement metrics to demonstrate impact and inform future strategies.
