Job summary

Ethan’s Crossing in Cleveland, OH (Northwest Ohio) seeks a Business Development Liaison to build and sustain relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.

You will identify new opportunities, conduct outreach, present services, and collaborate with admissions, clinical, and leadership teams to drive growth while representing the company professionally in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, marketing, community outreach, healthcare, behavioral health, or relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, behavioral health providers, community organizations, treatment providers, and other referral sources.
• Identify and develop new referral and business opportunities throughout Indianapolis and surrounding communities.
• Conduct regular outreach, including phone calls, emails, meetings, facility visits, presentations, and community events.
• Represent Ethan’s Crossing at networking events, conferences, professional meetings, and community functions.
• Educate referral partners and community organizations about Ethan’s Crossing, our services, and the referral process.
• Coordinate and conduct tours, presentations, and meetings with prospective referral partners.
• Create and maintain a consistent follow-up strategy with current and prospective referral sources.
• Collaborate with admissions, clinical, operations, and leadership teams to support referral relationships and organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, meetings, referrals, and business development opportunities.
• Identify emerging community needs and opportunities for new partnerships.
• Help plan and execute community outreach initiatives, educational events, and networking activities.
• Monitor local market and referral trends and communicate opportunities to leadership.
• Represent Ethan’s Crossing professionally and consistently in the community.
