Responsibilities

• Educates community partners and members on credit union offerings.
• Schedules on-site SEG visits and maintains open communication.
• Conducts on-site orientations for SEGs and postal stations.
• Develops and presents Financial Literacy courses as SEG benefits.
• Analyzes SEG data and reports sales results monthly.
• Identifies SEG opportunities and builds strategic partnerships.
• Keeps Retail informed on the Business Development Plan.
