Job summary

Recovery Innovations is seeking a Community Liaison to build and sustain relationships with local communities, convey needs to the organization, and link residents to available services. You will plan events, provide outreach, and work with partners to advance the mission.

This full-time role requires strong communication, collaboration, and trauma-informed care principles, with occasional travel and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not always required.
• Minimum three years of progressive community partnership experience.
• Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience representing an organization in community meetings and events.
• Ability to identify community needs and opportunities for collaboration.
• Strong verbal and written communication; capable of presenting and facilitating.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Recovery Innovations and local communities.
• Cultivate relationships and convey community insights to guide programs.
• Provide information and referrals to resources and services.
• Plan and organize community events, workshops, and meetings.
• Travel as needed and maintain compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with government agencies and organizations for partnerships.
