Addiction Recovery Care, LLC (ARC) is seeking a Community Liaison to expand our referral network and strengthen partnerships with local courts, hospitals, and other community sources. You will collaborate with the intake team to tailor programs and services to client needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in the addiction field.
• Marketing knowledge and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain contacts and partnerships in the community, including with local courts, hospitals, and other referral sources to increase communication and referral flow.
• Work with the intake department to determine which programs and services will best fit client needs.
• Maintain good relationships with intake staff, administrative personnel, and external professional groups and agencies.
• Build and strengthen relationships with media, government, community and related organizations.
• Maintain positive, respectful, and professional relationships with ARC staff and clients.
• Bring policy/personnel issues to supervision as they arise.
• Protect the privacy of all persons served/clients according to policies and applicable laws.
