Angelic Home Care Agency is seeking a Marketing & Community Relations Manager to boost brand visibility, drive referrals, and expand community partnerships. This role oversees outreach, marketing campaigns, CRM coordination, and public engagement to grow the business.

You will travel locally for events, manage social media content, and collaborate on marketing materials. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential in healthcare marketing.

Qualifications

• Sales, marketing, or outreach experience in healthcare or senior services is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and partners.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; flexible hours.
• Willingness to travel locally for events and visits.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement marketing and community engagement plans.
• Make outbound calls to clients, social workers, case managers, and partners to generate referrals.
• Schedule visits to hospitals, clinics, senior communities to promote services.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and health fairs to raise visibility.
• Manage CRM with referral data and lead activity; track campaigns.
• Create drip email campaigns and automate workflows for nurturing.
• Post content on social platforms to promote the agency.
• Collaborate with team on flyers, brochures, digital materials.
• Monitor inquiries from digital platforms and respond promptly.
• Report progress and results to leadership; maintain partner relationships.
