Job summary

Computers 4 People in Hoboken, NJ seeks a Community Partnerships Manager to own relationships with community organizations, from first meeting through onboarding and program execution. You will help partners access devices, internet, and literacy programs while calculating impact metrics.

You will manage a busy pipeline, approve applicants weekly, and coordinate with funders by gathering stories and grant-ready data. In-office role, five days a week.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in community outreach, nonprofit partnerships, or similar.
• Strong writing ability to turn stories into funder-friendly paragraphs.
• Organized with ability to manage hundreds of relationships and records.

Responsibilities

• Partnerships: meet with at least 10 organizations weekly, onboard and activate partners, represent C4P at events.
• Paid contracts: locate fundable opportunities and close deals for computers, Shield Internet, or programs.
• Applicant review: assess and approve applicants weekly based on grant rules and geography.
• Keeping partners informed: communicate availability and timelines and ensure promised program delivery.
• Records: maintain CRM data including contacts, addresses and program status.
• Grants and stories: assist grant applications and track outcomes, stories, and metrics.
