Job summary

PCs for People is seeking an Impact Manager to advance our mission through community outreach, partnerships, and grant development. You will lead strategies to grow revenue, boost digital literacy, and expand access to affordable technology for underserved communities.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, foundations, and nonprofit allies to drive program visibility, manage grant writing, and oversee distribution partnerships, events, and volunteer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years development experience in a nonprofit or related field.
• Proven experience in grant writing and securing funding highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with exceptional critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently.
• Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe applications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for community service.
• Ability to travel as needed and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Represent PCs for People in marginalized communities and promote our mission.
• Collaborate with marketing to raise program visibility across media channels.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and events to educate audiences about programs.
• Cultivate relationships with partners and funders to boost distribution and usage.
• Oversee distribution partnerships for timely execution and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate volunteers and build advisory councils.
• Balance outreach with grant activities and development efforts.
• Maintain a database of impact partnerships and leads with regular updates.
