Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five to ten years of experience in community work, including health/public health or policy.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Excellent writing and analytical abilities.
• Experience with events, planning, and project management.
• Basic MS Office, social media, and internet research skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement programs and events.
• Guide program development using CHNA and Hospital Growth Plan.
• Strengthen relationships with community stakeholders and elected officials.
• Lead and coordinate health events delivered on-site or in the community.
• Support governance: lead Community Advisory Board topics and meetings.
• Support school partnerships and youth development aligned with priorities.
• Create briefings, newsletters, and reports communicating outreach work.
• Oversee sponsorship evaluation, tracking, and payout processes.
